Welcome to the Business Broadband Scheme

This is a 100% fully funded grant scheme for businesses to get gigabit fibre broadband. connectivity to their premises. If you are in Herefordshire or Gloucestershire, then register your interest today. The process takes less than 15 minutes and then you will be on your way to improving your broadband for free.

Who Can Apply

If your business is an SME with a registered office, and you don’t have access to high speed broadband then the chances are, you are eligible for our Free Business Broadband Grant. You can apply if:

  • You mainly trade business to business
  • Have less than 250 employees
  • Are within an eligible business sector
  • Your turnover is less than £39M and you balance sheet value is less than £45M

  • Current download speed and provider
  • The value of publicly funded grants received over the last three years
  • Your company’s turnover figures for the last three years
  • Company status – Ltd., Partnership etc.
  • Number of years trading
  • Evidence of the business trading at the application address (such as Business Rates Bill, Council Tax Bill etc.)
